Luke Skywalker
Her body felt stiff, and there was a wave of pain that flushed through her head for a moment. Her eyes were still shut as she lay there on her back, groaning a little. The last thing she remembered they had just been turning the tides at the battle of Alderaan... and she didn't remember why she was laying here passed out. She took a few moment,s taking deep breaths as she was doing her best to clear her mind and ease the splitting headache. It didn't take that long before the headache was gone, and she was able to think more clearly again. That was when Satele felt the first sense that something wasn't quite right here. She took another breath, releasing it with a sigh before she was sniffing the air. The first thing the noticed missing from the air was smoke, or burned flesh, both of which should have been prominent in the area she had just been fighting. The next thing she noticed was the fact that her bare arms or face didn't feel the sting of the snowy air around her.... As she opened her eyes and sat upwards slowly she moved forwards to the tree, taking a moment to lean against it and get her bearings. She wasn't on Alderaan anymore, but the world was still similar in other ways. The trees were different, yet the landscape almost seemed similar. She double checked herself, her lightsaber still being gone from when it had been destroyed during her duel with Malgus, and the only other device, a holo com, proved to be faulty at the moment, unable to give her a location. She sighed, shutting her eyes instead in order to reach out with the force. That was when she felt the many set of presences that she hadn't been expecting. There were several dozen Strong Force users just within her area, and a strong cluster of them all centered around what appeared to be a Jedi Temple of some kind. This clearly wasn't Alderaan any more, but it left her with the question of where she was, and how she had managed to end up all the way out here without any recollection of how she had ended up there. She sighed when her eyes opened, shaking her head with a confused look before she began hiking up out of the small valley she had found herself waking up in, leaping from it to the top of a cliff before she clung to the wall and climbed the last few feet upwards. Once she made it all the way out of the valley she paused to look around, taking a quick scan of the area as she did a full 360 in place and then stopped again, trying to figure out which way she should begin traveling. Shutting her eyes again she began walking in the direction of the strongest force presence she could find, hoping it was someone on her side and that it could provide some kind of explanation for all of this.

A green blade and a blue blade could be seen dancing and clashing in the air as two Jedi sparred each other outside the temple walls. One of the the participants was a middle age echani with white hair, blue eyes and wearing white Jedi robe swhile the other duelist was Luke Skywalker, who was wearing his black Jedi robes. The echani couldn't get past Skywalker's defenses with his Ataru blade work and when Luke began to go on the offense with lightsaber strikes that had their strength and speed enhanced by the Force, the echani struggled to put up a defense with his Niman form. With every strike Luke made, he stepped close to the echani forcing the echani to give ground. With a horizontal power blow, Luke was able to knock the echani's blue blade from his hands and pointed his green blade at the echani's neck before deactivating it.
"By the Force... you said that you've received less then a year's worth of training? asked the echani with a stunned look on his face and his breathing heavy from the sparring match.
"Yes Master Hami, is there a problem?" asked Luke who didn't seem to be fatigued from the spar. The young Jedi knight asked the echani master earlier if he could study under him in order to gain more knowledge in the use of the Force and the white haired master wanted to see Luke's skills in a lightsaber duel before making his decision to take young Skywalker under his wing.
"Normally when a student makes huge leaps in progress, we normally have to caution them not to become prideful, which is something you seem to have under control. The problem is that you have progressed so fast that you're now able to go toe to toe with some of the Order's greats. Unfortunately, I'm not one of them" said Hami as he placed his hand on Luke's shoulder.
"Luke, I can't be your teacher, but I'm sure that the Force will guide you to someone who can" said Hami asLuke looked down at the ground in disappointment. The echani Jedi master would then walk away summoning his lightsaber back into his hand with telekensis. As Luke watched him walk away, he felt a powerful presence in the Force that had a strong connection to the lightside. So strong that it kind of reminded him of Yoda. When he turned to face this person, he saw an attractive woman with dark hair that appeared to be 9 to 10 years older than Luke. She had a very confused look on her face as if she had no idea where she was.
"Are you okay master?" asked Luke with a concerned look on his face figuring that the woman standing before him was some kind of Jedi master due to her strong connection to the Force.

Coming up from the prairie the way she was, Satele was able to see the Jedi Enclave when she was still a long ways away... certainly before anyone else would be able to see her coming from the northern side of it. She was so far out that she was able to see the little duel that took place between the two combatants for some time before she was even within shouting distance. She was almost worried at first that there was something wrong going on, but as she got closer she could sense that it was a simple spar between what appeared to be friends... or if nothing else it was no more then a training exercise... but for which one?
As She grew closer she could tell that to her great surprise it was the younger of the two combatants that was actually the superior in battle, and the one that was clearly far more experienced was defeated almost with ease. The two seemed to have a moment of talking after that, though she was still too far out of range to hear the discussion. The Younger seemed to be disappointed then, though she wasn't so certain why. He had clearly bested the other combatant. Had he hurt him? Seeing the level of skill and strength in the fight one might say it was possible, but with such skill she was sure he would have been careful not to actually harm his compatriot.
It was around this time, only shortly after the other of the Two had left that the younger one in Black looked up to her, having sensed her presence before she had actually gotten there before he was speaking up, loud enough to cover the short distance that remained between the two of them. He seemed concern for her already, Satele speaking up to cover the distance as well as she walked a little more briskly to make up the rest of it. "I'm confused mostly." Satele spoke out to him before she was finally stopping up a few feet from the man. "The last thing i remember is fighting On Alderaan... any idea how i ended up out here on ..." She paused, recognizing the Enclave that had otherwise been abandoned ... at least as far as she remembered. "... I apologize is this Dantooine?" She asked, taking a look around, still unsure who all of this had happened. Something told her that this man was trustworthy... though her every inner feeling was telling her that something was still very wrong.
Despite feeling as thought she should be comfortable though, she continued to draw on the force in case there was some kind of trouble at some point.

After Luke listened to the woman explain to him that the last thing she remembered was fighting on Alderaan, and asked him how she got here and what planet she was on, Luke was able to deduce that like him, she too was misplaced in time. While he knew that she came from his past since Aldeeran was destroyed in his time period, he figured that she was either from the past or present of this time period which was the result of his lack of knowledge on Jedi lore. "You are on Dantooine and what I'm about to tell you is going to sound crazy, but I can assure you that it's the truth because I'm going through the exact same thing you are going through" said Luke before taking a brief pause.
"My name is Luke Skywalker and like you, I am misplaced in time. You see, lately people from this time period have been disappearing while others like us have been suddenly been appearing in this time period. The Jedi have no idea why this is happening, but they have speculated that it might be the work of the darkside considering how this goes against the very laws of nature" explained Luke doing the best he can to explain the situation they are currently in. He wasn't sure how Satele and wouldn't be surprised if she thought that he was lying or was some kind of crazy person. After all, time travel is supposed to be in the works of science fiction, not real life.
"So... do you have any questions?" asked Luke figuring that she would be asking a question or two about what progress the Jedi have made or even ask about where he came from.

Satele looked back to the man who stood not far from her, arching her brow as she listened to him. He seemed to be attempting to brace her for some kind of news that he didn't seem to believe she would be expecting at all. The first thing he did was confirm her suspicion that she was indeed on Dantooine, though that failed to explain to her how the Enclave was still in once piece, or why there so many Jedi around it. Had the Jedi been rebuilding without her knowledge somehow? He gave her his reassurance, which brought her back out of her line of thought as she looked back to the Blond haired man once more, eyebrow still arched upwards in thought as she listened to his next set of explanations.
Then came the next rambling explanation as the man explained first his name, introducing himself as Luke Skywalker, a name she gave no second thought to. For her, it sounded like any other name in the galaxy, and certainly not one she had any reason to recognize or have heard of before. Not having anytime to ask questions or let it register for more then a split seconds, Luke was continuing to explain all at once that they were both displaced from their original timelines. He explained this wasn't limited to just the two of them though, and explained that this was certainly not something natural... something she had no problem agreeing with.
She sighed a bit, narrowing her eyes for a moment as she tried to gauge his story that she had just given. She sensed no foul play or ulterior motive... no deception. Which only led her to sigh again as he asked his next question in order to see if there was anything he needed to clear up for her. Satele hung her head a little, pinching the bridge of her nose as she tried to consider everything she had just been told. "I take it no one has managed to figure all of this out then? Or else you would already have gone back to your time." She commented thoughtfully out-loud, having come to the conclusion rather quickly. "When exactly, am i?... Are we?" She asked with a shrug now before she was looking back up to him.

"Well from what I have been told by other Jedi that have came from the future, this is the beginning of the Great Sith War. As for what happens in this time period, I really don't know, a lot of Jedi knowledge is either missing or destroyed back in my time period, which would be a little over 4,000 years from now" explained Luke who was rather surprised that she was taking this rather well so far. Sure all Jedi are able to keep their composure thanks to the calming abilities of the lightside of the Force, but this was a situation that could easily make someone lose their composure. "From what I can gather, you must also be from my time period's past since Alderaan was destroyed about four years ago where I come from. Were you fighting against the Empire when they were hunting down the Jedi, fighting in the Clone wars or were you fighting in another war entirely?" asked Luke trying to pin point where this woman came from himself.
"I understand that this is a lot to take in, so do you want to go inside the temple? I'm sure that the Jedi there will give you a room to stay in as you adjust yourself to the situation you are in. And if you feel up to it, you can aid the Jedi like me as they try to sort through this mess and handle threats that could have appeared here from other time periods. According to the Jedi, most of the people that have been appearing here are force sensitives, so there is a strong possibility that several powerful darkside users have been misplaced in time like us and take advantage of the situation" said Luke as he pointed back to the temple behind him with his prosthetic hand.

Satele looked back to him still as he went into another explanation of things. He mentioned that things seemed to be a lot different where he came from, conditions didn't seem to be at all similar to her own... which lead her to believe not only was he displaced like her but he was displaced from a totally different time all together. He explained this seemed to be the Sith war's start, which was quite a while before her birth... in fact there were several ancestors of her's that still hadn't been born yet now that she thought about it. Then came the confirmation when Luke explained he wouldn't be born for another 4000 years himself. That proved to peek her interest.
So it isn't confined just to specific points in time. She mused under her breath, barely even moving her lips as she did so before she was continuing to focus on the words the Young Jedi was explaining. It certainly was a lot to take in, she wouldn't dispute that in anyway. Still she had enough wits about her to be able to determine she wasn't from a time so similar to his... she was displaced about a hundred years at best... not several thousand. "Well... i was fighting the Empire... but it doesn't sound like the same Empire that was hunting you. I was fighting against the Sith Empire..." She explained to clarify things. "This isn't going to be totally accurate... i haven't had much time to calculate... but i can't be out of place more then a couple hundred years." She explained, hoping that would clear things up between the two of them as the man seemed to be trying to figure out where... or rather when, she was from in the stream of his timeline.
It was then that Luke offered to lead her into the temple, Satele nodding lightly in agreement. "It is a lot, yes." She agreed with a small sigh before she was speaking up again. "I think that may be wise..." She added after a moment, giving a nod in acknowledgement to Luke in order to let him lead her into the temple where she hoped to be able to meat with the Council... she was far from done here though. She had a feeling that if Sith were popping up just as well as the Jedi, they would be needing all the help they could get to keep them from causing problems, and if Satele was to help she would need to rebuild a lightsaber.
If her history was accurate, there was an; as of yet, still undiscovered crystal cave not far from the temple.. a few hours distance at best traveling through the canyons and valleys. She had plans to go there quickly in order to gather a suitable crystal and get to work crafting a lightsaber for herself again... Though that all depended on how quickly she met with the Jedi Masters of the temple.
As they walked inwards through the large doors, Satele decided to speak up, asking a question of her own. "... You're a master, Yes? Judging by your skill with your saber out there." She said, thrusting her head backwards as if she wasp pointing back to where she had witnessed Luke mid-duel defeat the other Jedi who must have been a master by now. "You should be able to organize a meeting with the council for me?"

Luke looked at her as she explained to him that she was fighting against the Sith Empire, which was a completely different empire that he was facing and made an educating guess that she was out of place by several hundred years which made Luke's guesses as to where she came from very off. "Yeah, I was facing a completely different empire than the one you're facing, called the Galactic Empire. It's what the Republic became shortly before I was born, though like your Sith Empire, the Galactic Empire was controlled by a Sith lord, one that was recently killed in my time". When Satele nodded in agreement and told him that it was a lot to take in, Luke said with a friendly smile on his face "Follow me" before turning around and heading towards the temple. The two would walk towards the temple without saying a word and when they walked through the large doors, the dark haired woman asked Luke if he was a Jedi master before asking he could set up a meeting with the Jedi Council.
The young Skywalker couldn't help but chuckle as it wasn't the first time someone assumed that he was a Jedi master based on his skills as a swordsman or his powerful connection to the Force. And like Hami, they were almost always shocked when they learned that Luke had not only undergone about a year's worth of training in the ways of the Force but also completed his Jedi training in that span of time. "I'm no master, I'm just someone who has recently became a Jedi knight. In fact, I was kind of hoping that the Jedi master you saw me fought would take me under his wing and teach me more about the Force and the Jedi. You see, I completed most of my training by myself by building on what I've learned under two Jedi masters. In total, I probably spent a little over three weeks training directly under someone, so my knowledge in the Force and of the Jedi is very limited"
"I can sense that you're powerful in the Force, does that mean you're a Jedi master where you come from?" asked Luke figuring that she was because of her connection to the Force and how she was able to keep her composure after learning all of this.

With her question in the air for a moment, Luke was soon answering to explain that the Empire he spoke of was different from the one she had meant. Of course, there was still a parallel between the two empire's ... namely the Sith that seemed to be the cause of the universe's problems no matter which timeline you came from. She nodded a bit with a small sigh as she glanced over to him at his answer, though continued walking at his side and behind him.
At her second question though, Luke seemed to think it funny, causing Satele to tilt her head a little in confusion before he went on to explain himself. First came the fact he was only just now knighted, to which Satele nodded a bit, this still being believable. After all the man looked young enough to be a knight easily, yet he also appeared to be experienced enough to be as skilled with a lightsaber as he was. Perhaps he was just knighted late, or accepted into the Jedi late... as was allowed in her time to combat grater numbers. Then came the rather surprising, almost impossible comment about his training only being a few weeks long followed by himself taking time away to train himself on the side.
There was a brief pause in his speech, though Satele didn't say anything as they continued to walk with the man, hearing him turn the question on her now after a moment's silence... nothing but the sound of their boots in the halls. When he asked if she was a Master she shook her head a little. "Not yet... I serve... served... in the Republic army. I am powerful though, so i suppose i can understand your confusion." She admitted with a shrug. "It seems we both held surprises." She commented with a small smirk to her face, though not really out of pride so much of bemusement that they had both over estimated the other. It was only a second more though before she was sighing a little and turning a bit more serious as she looked over to him again. "So i take it i will need to wait for the Council?" She asked, seeing as Luke hadn't been of the rank she had originally believed.

Luke tilted his head she explained to him that she wasn't a Jedi master yet and that she served in the Republic army while admitting that she was powerful in the Force. She would then shrug her shoulders and commented on how they both held surprises since they both over estimated each other and as she spoke, Luke couldn't help but think that the smirk on her face was kind of cute. A second later, she sighed a little and became more serious before asking him if she would need to wait to meet with the Jedi Council considering how Luke was not a Jedi master like she originally thought. "You might have to wait since the Council has been very busy because of the people misplaced in time and the Great Sith war. Though I'm sure that they will welcome you into the order once they learn that you are also a Jedi. Let's just see if they are busy now, if not I'm sure that they will meet with you" said Luke as he headed towards the Council chambers.
Once he made his way to the Council chamber doors, a protocol droid was standing outside the door. "Can, I help you with something?" asked the droid in a polite tone of voice that kind of reminded the young skywalker of C-3PO. Like all protocol droids, the droid had a humanoid appearance with grey metal plates covering it's body.
"Yes, my friend here is a time misplaced would like to meet with the Jedi Council"i explained Luke.
"Please state her name and the Council will get to her in a timely matter"said the droid.
"Her name is.. wait, I don't recall you mentioning your name"said Luke after turning to Satele.

She listened to him as Luke continued to explain the situation to her, nodding lightly with a slight sigh of disappointment, but continued to follow the man further through the halls until they eventually made it to the outside of the council chambers. The Room was closed off with a protocol droid standing dutifully outside the doors looking out for any visitors.
Luke and the droid conversed for a moment, speaking about the council and how she wished to speak with them. Satele felt it best to remain quiet as Luke probably had a better idea then her about how to deal with things, and the members in specific sense he had seemed to be here longer then she was. Her silence was short lived though as only a moment into the conversation she was specifically required to speak up, having realized she hadn't given her name to Luke yet as he had been so kind to do for her already.
She cleared her throat a little, moving out from behind Luke where she had been standing before she was speaking to give her name. "Sorry, i forgot to introduce myself." She said apologetically before she was speaking to give her name, both to the droid and to Luke. "I am Satele Shan." She explained with a small nod, holding her hands behind her back now.

Luke watched as Satele cleared her throat and moved from behind him before giving her name to the droid and apologizing for not giving her name. Knowing exactly what the woman was going through, Luke was very understanding as to why she forgot to introduce herself to him and hoped that she didn't have a relative that was transported from this time line or transported from another time line like Luke's father from the Clone Wars. "It's alright, it's been a crazy day for you. And at least you didn't discover that you're own father from your time period's past was transported here too like I did"said Luke appearing to be very understanding through his facial expression an the tone of his voice.
"I'll inform the council of your request Mrs. Shan" said the droid before turning around and pressing a button which opened the doors to the council chambers. As the droid went into the council chambers, Luke took a quick peek in and noticed that the council members were in a heated debate before the doors closed behind him. The two would then wait for the droid to come back and after five minutes of waiting in complete silence, Luke decided to break the silence and asked "So this battle that you were in, were you at least winning?"
After asking the question, the doors suddenly opened and the same protocol droid walked out and stopped in front of Satele before saying "The council would wish to speak to you now Mrs. Shan. Please follow me" The droid turned around and began to walk towards the council chambers expecting Satele to follow it and once she was inside, the council chambers doors would close.

No sooner then she had finished her apology and introduction to the droid, Luke was speaking up, reassuring her that he hadn't taken offense to her having been somewhat unintentionally tight-lipped about her name until now. As she listened to his comment though, Satele had to admit it had seemed he had had a worst time with all of this time travel stuff then she had so far. She only smirked lightly and nodded in agreement to his comment before the droid was making his comment, giving them a brief glimpse inside the council chambers.
Silence fell in the hall for a moment then before Luke picked up the conversation again as he continued patently waiting for the council to call her in. She had to admit she was happy to have his company... she would probably be lost without his help right now, and it was better then her wandering around the area without any idea what as going on. She sighed a bit, leaning against the wall as she waiting and began to answer Luke's question, shaking her head a little, the braids on the side of her head swinging lightly as she did.
"I arrived late to the fight..." She admitted. "There was only a small number of solders on our side, they were about to be executed when i intervened. I turned the tides within minutes. I defeated the Sith leader... but lost my lightsaber in the process and then i don't remember what happened." She explained, shrugging a little before snapping her head around to see the doors to the council chambers open and the droid announce that they were ready to meet with her.
She looked back to Luke after giving the droid a brief nod. "Hopefully i won't be long." She commented before turning and entering, the doors closing behind her.
Satele was in the room for a grand total of 30 minutes as she explained her situation, being briefed on the others like her, and finally being given the chance to explain she was willing to Serve the Jedi and Republic of this timeline until they could sort all of this out. Soon enough she was stepping back out of the chamber and looking to see if Luke had waited this whole time, or if he had wandered off to go take care of some other job he might have... something she definitely wouldn't have blamed him for.

"Well at least you saved the surviving soldiers" said Luke after he listened to Satele tell him about the battle. The Jedi knight could tell that she was disappointed in not only arriving late to the fight, but also losing her lightsaber in the fight, with the later being something that he himself had personal experience in. Sure the lightsaber that he lost wasn't technically his, but it did carry a great deal of sentimental value to him as it was the weapon that his father carried back when he was a Jedi Knight. A part of him still wished that he had the weapon to serve as back up weapon in case something happened to the weapon he was currently carried and wondered if his father's weapon did survive the fall. The woman would suddenly snap her head around the second the doors opened with her braids swinging around as she did. After the droid told Satele that the council would like to see her, she told Luke that hopefully the meeting won't be long before entering the council chambers.
When the doors closed, Luke leaned against a near by wall and crossed his arms as he waited. The young man knew that it would at least take a half hour for her to get out since the council had to take the time to brief those who were misplaced in time and of course had to question them to find out where they are, what time period they come from and how they can serve the current Jedi Order if they choose to do so. Luke decided to join the Jedi Order in order for him to learn as much as he could about the lost Jedi teachings that were destroyed by the Empire so that he could teach others when he rebuilt the order. The young Skywalker had no idea when he was going to do this since he still felt too green to teach anybody and the last thing he needed was to have his student turn to the dark side of the Force like Ben Kenobi's apprentice.
When Satele finally came out, Luke gave her a light smile and asked "How did the meeting go?"

Luke was standing right where she had left him, albeit now leaning against the wall as he waited for her patently. She returned the light smile as she crossed the hall over to him, standing several feet from him before she stopped and listened to his question, shrugging a bit in answer. "Thanks to your previous explanations, quite well. I think they were surprised to hear how comprehensive i was of the situation. Still i had to explain some things as well." Satele admitted as she looked up and down the halls for a moment, taking a step in the direction that would lead out of the enclave.
She paused though, not moving any further as she explained herself. "They were more then just a little eager to welcome me into the order, but have to build a lightsaber. Replace the one i lost." She reminded, though not really thinking he would have forgotten. "I know of some crystal caves west of the Enclave... They should be formed in this timeline, but not discovered yet." She mused, wondering if that would have some kind of a negative effect on the time line.
After a moment of thinking and considering it she was clicking her teeth with her tongue, deciding it was her best bet or stopping to take time out and make a synthetic crystal... which would take even more time away. She was skilled enough that she could create and focus a lightsaber fairly quickly, so if she could harvest a crystal from the caves she would be able to get to work within days, not weeks. "Would you mind coming along though?" She eventually asked as she looked to him, feeling he was the best choice to bring along with her, him being someone displaced from time like her wouldn't risk the people who shouldn't know of the cave yet finding it. "If i remember right, there are Kenraths, and Kath Hounds in that region. I doubt i will have trouble subduing any of them if i need to with the force, but a saber could come in handy." She admitted as she looked up to him.
