Location: The Swamps of Naboo (Probs close to Otoh Sancture)
It was a fairly peaceful day on the temperate world of Naboo.Across the plains Kaadus ran freely as they were left undisturbed, but just a small walk away led to the swamps, where most of the gungans lived. One very large gungan strode atop a large Kaadu as it's feet pressed down against the damp ground. Alongside this large figure stood four gungans of a different species holding spears and nets.
What this group of gungans were doing was finding both food animals to tame. The large figure atop the Kaadu held up a large staff he was holding causing the group to stop. "Listen do any of yousa hearin dat." The large gugan put one hand up to his ear as his listened and a few of his cohorts did the same. One of which turned to him saying, "Boss Gallo yousa don't thinkin itsa..."
Yes it was Boss Gallo leading this party as he removed his hand from his ear holding a finger to his mouth. "Cerrabore," He said to which his allies nodded. A Cerrabore was basically an animal with a thick skull that could tear down buildings and other such things with relative ease. the Gungans generally captured and tamed them for when the time of war did arise they would have good siege. "Just as wesa planned," Gallo said as he made his Kaadu take a step forward and then out from behind a tree the large creature appeared, to which the boss finally raised his Staff, "Chaaarge." The gungans who were with him charged the slow moving creature as it roared in anger and fear knocking the first gungan that got near into a tree.
The remaining started throwing their nets over the creature and started poking it with the spears, it was then Gallo charged forward on his Kaadu, smacking the creature as it struggled to pull itself free, but finally it tired out and soon two of the gungans were dragging the large beast while the third went to help the other that had been flung. "Dat wasa goooooood hunt thatin dere," Gallo said with a chuckle he enjoyed time away from Otoh Sancture every once and awhile, to do things like this.
"Yousa tellin mesa boss," One of the Gungans said with a chuckle. Gallo scratched his chin with a smile. "Goood yousas taken it back to Otoh Sancture, mesa goen to see about finden some nerfs beforin I head back," Gallo said to which his compatriots replied, "Whateverin yousa sayen boss." And so the four left with the cerrabore as Gallo himself continued his walk through the swamps on his Kaadu on the hunt for some nerfs.
It was interesting as there was a point to all of this, the capturing of all the war beasts, the search for nerfs and Kaadus, and other wild beasts, Gallo had a plan. In the future he had united all the Gungan tribes and he thought why not do that again, it brought peace to all of his people so why not unite them 500 years before they were actually united. It would make things like the destruction of Otoh Sancture not happen as well if the gungan tribes all unite then Rogoe will never take power and that war will never happen.
Though just in case there was going to be fighting Gallo was preparing Otoh Sancture, with war beasts and plenty of food, and other resources he knew how to lead an army into war. He hoped most of the tribes would unite willingly but he just had a feeling there would be some fighting down the line.
So Gallo continued his search until he found a nerf just munching on marsh grass like there was nothing wrong, it was then Gallo ran forward. "I got yousa," Gallo said as the nerf got all startled but nerfs don't move fast so Gallo was able to tame the beast as he led it back to Otoh Sancture, being sure on the way to look for anything else that may be useful.

Obi-Wan Kenobi was still working on settling back into the timeline he now found himself in. The Jedi Order of this timeline had been eager to get him working into the order once more though; hoping that it could help settle him into the timeline. In an attempt to continue this process they had asked for a list of his talents, and from there began assigning him small missions that he could get to work on in order to adjust back to the time that he was in. After all the best way to learn something seemed to be to actually step up and do it.
One of the missions they had assigned him to was out in Naboo, a Gungan striving for peace seemed to be trying to unite other tribes. It was definitely something that the Jedi wanted to encourage, and though the Gungans were separate from the Jedi, they decided it was wise to still send one Jedi at the minimum to encourage and back them. And they saw no better Jedi to do it then the Jedi who had been deemed none other then 'The Negotiator' of his time. It also gave him a chance to settle in without doing something that would be overly taxing or tiring on the Jedi Master so early on in his stay.
He had attempted to invite his newest Padawan, Jack Montari, onto the mission with him, but she seemed more reluctant to come out with him. He allowed her to opt out, Obi-Wan supposed to be the only Jedi sent anyway; and instead left her with several lessons to go over and training to complete while he was gone... letting her know that he expected to see results when he returned from Naboo.
From there it was only a matter of experiencing the trip from Dantooine to Naboo, leaving his Starfighter and R4 behind on the planet and taking the standard transport instead. For one he didn't have hyper-drive on his Starfighter anymore, but besides that he felt if he was supposed to truly be getting a feel for the time then he needed to experience as much as he could whenever he could. So he spent the night sleeping in the passenger section of a small transport, it landing the next morning on Naboo. It was no where near the city of Gungans that he was supposed to be meeting though, and so he was forced to walk through the swampy jungle for a few hours. He was familiar with the Gungans, so that would come as an added bonus for this mission...
After a long while he could see the top of the domes that belonged to the Gungan buildings, these ones not being fully submersed under the water like the ones he had seen when he had come all those years ago/from now. He continued walking, hoping to see someone that he was to meet with.

For a moment Gallo's Kaadu stopped as if it heard something looking back at its master. "What do yousa sense," Gallo asked his beast as it replied with your typical Kaadu sound something like this, "Rrrrraaaoooo" Gallo squinted his eyes looking around, trying to see what his beast was going on about. They were so close to home as well Gallo could see his home of Otoh Sancture pretty close nearby, so hopefully his beast was not getting startled by a Gungan or Gallo may loose hope in the poor thing.
Either way the Kaadu could clearly hear, smell, see something Gallo could not so he put a finger up to his lips, as he said, "Lead mesa to whatin you see." Gallo made sure not to leave the nerf he had found behind as it made a sad cry, "Ahoooomf" Gallo's Kaadu began walking softly on the marshy ground as Gallo himself kept a keen eye open before he spotted something the Kaadu stopped as this was what it had smelled before.
Gallo's eyes narrowed at the figure he saw in the distance between the trees. He could see that he was still close to the village but who was this. It wasn't a Gungan, it had been awhile since Gallo had seen this species despite them living on the same world. It was a human. What was a human doing on Gungan land this one better have a good reason for disturbing the Gungans.
Gallo strode forward as he urged his Kaadu forward the nerf following behind as raised his staff. "Halt whatin are yousa doin here on Gungan land?" Gallo asked as his Kaadu made the same noise as before, "Rrrrrrraaaaooooo." Gallo's eyes narrowed getting a good look at this human. It really had been awhile since he had seen one. Peach colored skin, fur growing from its face, weird exotic clothing, at least by Gungan standards. Also their skin was also weird and it didn't work well for water breathing.
"'umans don'tin usually come to Gungan land," Gallo said in a much deeper steadier voice.

The Jedi Master continued to walk through the edge of the swamp now, steadily growing closer and closer to the Gungan city as he moved at a steady pace. While he continued to walk, the ground beneath him gradually continued to get more and more mushy until eventually he was more just walking in a kind of slush. He had to sigh a bit, looking down at his boots as he continued walking, hoping he reached one of the structures before he drowned in the stuff. Besides that he was finding it odd that he had as of yet run into any Gungans belonging to the village, or any kind of guards.
It was around that line of thought that Obi-Wan heard the Animal behind him as he turned to face it, seeing the Gungan Boss riding atop it as he continued to trot up to the Jedi proudly riding his Kaduu. Obi-Wan fully turned to the rider now, showing his full respect while he stood to listen to the questions that were posed to him. Obi-Wan nodded lightly as he heard the statements, nodding with understanding before he did his best to give a smile that showed he was friendly in nature. He extended his hands showing he wasn't hostile, and kept them where they could be seen for a few seconds while he was speaking in reply to the questions.
"I am Master Obi-Wan Kenobi, of the Jedi Order. We have heard that you plan on uniting the tribes, and it initially worried the Naboo that you were preparing for War with them. The Jedi don't believe that is the problem, but regardless they sent me to investigate, and if i can, help you in any way possible to unite your tribes... so long as the motive is peaceful." Obi-Wan explained his intentions all in one go, giving a small bow after his introduction before he was speaking again. "We recognize you aren't a part of the Republic, so the choice is totally up to you, if you want assistance though, i am all the Jedi can spare at the moment."

Gallo kept as serious and straight of a face as you could being a large green amphibious creature. He didn't know how much he could trust humans. gungans had always secluded themselves for a reason, as outsiders had always just caused conflicts with the gungans. Like the Elders who had caused the gungans to descend into the swamps after many battle with them. Humans on the other hand well that hadn't done much so far other than build a few cities on Naboo but otherwise had left the gungans alone up to this point.
Still Gallo kept his face all grumpy looking even as the human raised his hands as a form of surrender. The human introduced himself as an Obi-Wan Kenobi from a strange order called the Jedi order. What was a Jedi order? It is true gungans were not the most well versed species in stuff outside their culture as Gallo had never heard of a Jedi before. They somehow knew what Gallo was planning though how? The Boss was getting very suspicious here. Of course as well the humans thought the gungans may have been preparing for war. Maybe with other gungans but not with the humans. Also he spoke of some Republic, Gallo didn't know of this Republic. That was probably why he wasn't a part of it.
Though this human said he was here to help, to which Gallo leaned forward on his kaadu. "Mesa don't know what disen Jedi order yousa have is nor do mesa know what disen Repooblic is," Gallo started leaning forward some more still not sure if he could trust this human. "Mesa also doesn't know yousa knew what mesa plans for the gungans were," Gallo said before finally sitting back up on his kaadu twitching his nose slightly.
"Yousa wanten to help dah gungans wesa shall see," Gallo said as he tapped his kaadu so it would move forward again. "Come den, wesa shall see den ifen you and your Jedi order can truly help," Gallo said his kaadu walkingbpast Obi-Wan as he was expecting him to follow, the nerf was also close behind.

Obi-Wan stood there patiently for a moment as he looked up from where he was standing and to the Gungan sitting atop the Kaadu. He let out a small breath in the form of a sigh as the Gungan leaned forward a bit, explaining that practically every word that Obi-Wan had just spoken had pretty much been a foreign concept to the Gungan Boss. Still it seemed he was willing to accept the free help, which gave Obi-Wan something to work with for the time being, though he was already predicting it would be wise for him to explain the concepts of the Republic and Jedi Order to the being in order to give him an idea what they were working it. It was better for him to make an informed choice then just to side with the Jedi blindly. That sort of thing only caused problems.
He nodded a bit as the Gungan once more sat atop his Kaadu at his full height again before he was beginning to trot off, Obi-Wan in tow as they continued on to the city. Obi-Wan did his best to step on the more solid pieces of land, but by the time they were actually making it anywhere near the city it self he was almost knee high in the muck of the swamp. He sighed a bit, looking back up to the back of the Gungan's head before he was speaking up, loud enough for him to be heard.
"I'm sorry, but you haven't given my your name. I recognize you as a Boss of the tribes, but... i admit i am surprised you would leave the council if that was the case." Obi-Wan explained using the knowledge from his own time to help him here.

Of course the Kaadu even while holding the weight of Gallo had no trouble walking on the marshy ground but that was also because it kind of knew where to step. Comes with swamp living experience. Either Way Gallo proudly sat atop his Kaadu as it continued to move with the nerf in tow. Gallo was glad he had made such a catch as now his people would eat well tonight, and they could also celebrate on the caught cerrabore, which was probably being tames even now as Gallo moved along with his human guest.
Though Gallo was still unsure what to think of this Obi-Wan yet, he was still the boss of this tribe and would show calm consideration. It was then the jedi asked for the Boss's name, to which he realized he hadn't spoke it yet, but he figured since the human knew of his plan he would know his name clearly not it would. As well the human seemed suprised Gallo was out an about. "Tsk tsk tsk," Gallo started shaking his head, "Yousa planned on helpen dah gungans and yousa didn't even know meesa's name,"Gallo said letting off a deep chuckle. "Meesa Gallo Boss of Otoh Sancture, and meesa no seein why yousa would think meesa would stay in a council," Gallo said as they finally approached the town to which Gallo was greeted by another.
"Boss Gallo it's good to seein you back, but who is disen one?" The gungan asked to which Gallo responded, "Something called a Jedi apparently." Gallo gave a I don't know shrug to the gungan to show he didn't know what a Jedi was either before he would ask. "Donten worry, meesa will make sure dis one stays out of trouble, also mesa found a nerf for dah Tounge-Grabbin," Gallo said proud of his catch as he finally dismounted his Kaadu. "Taken it to dah nerf housen go," Gallo said before turning back to his guest as he spread his arms wide, as the gungan behind him left with the nerf.
"Welcome to Otoh Sancture."

Obi-Wan continued to walk off on the side of the Kaadu, following close as they continued to grow on the town not far from them now. The Boss soon enough spoke, bringing up his valid point about how Obi-Wan was totally unaware about the name of this boss. He had to chuckle just a bit though... being displaced from time one could hardly blame him for not knowing peoples names, especially those who didn't seem to be so openly known in the galaxy such as any Gungan was so far. "I must apologize, there are many things i am a bit behind on." He admitted with a small shrug before he was adding. "And i have rarely ever seen one of the bosses away from the structures i suppose." He shrugged again, it being the best explanation for his second comment.
With Boss Gallo introducing himself, Obi-Wan once more nodded in thanks upward to the rider of the Kaadu before he was speaking again. "A pleasure to meet you." He commented up before he went silent again and continued walking on-wards to the town that was continuing to be more and more distinct as the pair of them continued to grow closer and closer to it. It was then that he saw the next Gungan who displayed his light concern at the intruder, though Obi-Wan gave an apologetic look to him as he passed by.
With Gallo's order though the Gungan guard ran off with the Nerf and lead it to be processed for what seemed to be some kind of meal later on. Obi-Wan only glanced around the inside of the first area he was lead into. It was on the surface of the marsh unlike Otoh Gunga, the capitol city belonging to the Gungan's in his time. If his history was accurate though, that city hadn't even been built yet due to a war that wouldn't happen for some time now. Gallo introduced it instead as an 'Otoh Sancture' to which Obi-Wan nodded lightly at seeing the sweeping display of welcoming. "Thank you." He chirped with a small smile before he was looking around at the busy Gungans that seemed to be set to work doing many various tasks. Either the Gungans of this time were more busy then the ones he was used to, or there was something big going on around here. "Are you expecting guests?" He asked as he looked around, folding his arms beneath the sleeves of his robe before he was walking around casually to get a feel of the area for a moment, though he soon stopped in order to remain close to his Guide.

Gallo lowered his arms after he was done showing off the town behind him. It really was a wonderful place at least by Gungan standards. It was interesting as in Gallo's own time Otoh Sancture was mostly a farming tribe. They didn't do much in the ways of combat and in the end that led to the downfall of the entire town leaving Gallo as the only survivor of what he called the massacre of Otoh Sancture. Now when he arrived in this new time he found the town to be like it would be in his time only slightly smaller.
The Boss made sure to change this around quickly and though one could still see the glurgs tending the land, one could also see a lot of work being done elsewhere. Like for example barracks were made now as the tribe began creating and stockpiling boomas both small and large. Elsewhere other gungans began working on catapults and others training the wild animals. Of course this was a precautionary measure. Gallo wanted to unite the gungan tribes he hoped it would have been like during his time where he could do some tasks for the local leaders and they would side with him, but somehow he felt there would still be a tribe like Rogoe's that would resist, and thus would need to be taken in by force.
Also the stockpiling of weapons was also a precautionary effort against outside invaders. In Gallo's time it was Rogoe who used Bursa's to destroy Otoh Sancture, in this time who knows what threats are out there. Gallo wasn't taking any chances. Now the rest of the town well it was like Otoh Gunga with the globe energy buildings only above ground. From time to time Glurgs would roam around as well as the occasional Gungan but a lot of the members of this tribe were busy preparing a feast today as well as other work as explained above.
Gallo scratched his chin at the humans question. "No mesa don'ten see why wesa would," Gallo said not realizing Obi-Wan was thinking that because of everyone being busy with something. "Come den mesa will bringa you to dah grand hall," Gallo said as he turned and began walking through the town, expecting Obi-Wan to be on tow as well as his Kaadu beside him.
"Yousa," Gallo said pointing to a gungan as he passed, "Taken Ju'Po to dah stables." The gungan nodded taking a quick glance at Obi-Wan, "As yousa command Boss sir." And with that the Gungan led the Kaadu off as Gallo continued to lead Obi-Wan through the town. It was interesting because this was the first time a human had set foot within Otoh Sancture so you can bet any gungan and/or glurg nearby gave Obi-Wan a confused look. You could say gungans weren't used to visitors.
"Mesa is putten a lot of trust in yousa," Gallo said of course referring to the fact that he was trusting this human on gungan land, because he said he could help unite the gungan tribes. "Gungans donten let peoples on dere land often," Gallo said as he approached the large bulbous building before him.
Gallo stepped up the steps as he approached the energy bubble, stepping through as he breached the energy field just like the gungan structures of the future. "Yousa also lucky, you getten to try gungan food, wesa serve a mighty feast," Gallo said with a deep chuckle. The inside of the building was spacious there were some gungan styled tables set up and all the way at the end just like the gungans of the future was Gallo's chair. As well Gungans were bustling about inside as well as some glurgs.

He looked to Boss Gallo who was taking a moment to think Obi-Wan's question over, before he was answering in the negative. Obi-Wan ruffled his brows a bit, slightly surprised that all of the hustling about the gungan's were doing was for some other reason. To his knowledge this particular tribe hadn't existed during his own time... so he knew little about them, but he could tell here was a lot of building going on around the town.
Obi-wan said nothing more of it yet though, deciding it was best to learn at a more steady rate. If he bombarded them with questions it was likely he would be met only with suspicion, and as it were... even if they weren't saying as much... he could tell he was only barely being trusted by these people. He would rather not wear out his welcome that quickly... and if at all possible he wanted to help them in their peace efforts. Obi-Wan instead continued to follow after the boss, watching as one of the Gungans was asked to take the Kaadu away and to it's holding pins.
The two of them only continued walking after that, Obi-Wan feeling as though he should be on his best behavior.. not that he intended not to be in the first place. Still he could feel every eye on him, watching as he followed calmly after Boss Gallo. He had to admit it was refreshing to be here on a peace mission though. The last times he had been to Naboo had never been so mellow... but at the same time all of this resting on his shoulders... not to mention the constant stare downs... it was more then just a little unnerving.
The Boss spoke over his shoulder to Obi-Wan, him being careful to listen about how fortunate he was to be allowed in here like this. "Well i thank you... i hope i can be of some help to you and your cause." Obi-Wan explained back to the Gungan boss, hearing his next, slightly more lighthearted comment before he was chuckling along about the feast that was coming. "I look forward to it." He commented in return before he was asking his first question... still thinking it best to take it one question at a time.
"So... where specifically are you taking me?" He asked finally, still glancing around at his surroundings.

Gallo strode forward listening back as Obi-Wan commented on what the Boss had stated. Obi-Wan then asked where Gallo was leading him to which Gallo couldn't help but let out another deep chuckle. He wasn't sure why that mattered, he had brought the human into the gungan city so what did it matter where he took him. The large gungan simply shrugged raising one hand in a nonchalant way. The Jedi would see soon enough as they were practically there.
The boss took a few more steps leading the Jedi along until they reached the other end of the grand hall. There was a small elevated area in a half circle there with a single pillow at the top in the middle of the half-circle to which Gallo got up onto sitting down Indian style. "Here wesa are, yousa was wondren where mesa was taken you, disen your answer," Gallo stated getting comfy crossing his arms. He cleared his throat as he leaned forward again raising a single hand signaling for a glurg to come which one did. "Get disen one somethen better to siten on," Gallo said to which the glurg made a weird noise before meandering off to get Obi-Wan something nice to sit on.
"Now yousa said yousa be wishen to help mes uniten dah gungan tribes," Gallo started his eyes narrowing at the human, "Well, den be prepared some of dah tribes aren't dah nicest, mesa wish to bring dem all togeda withen peace but mesa not so sure." The glurg that was sent away before came back with a pillow giving it to Obi-Wan before departing.
Gallo stared out looking as some gungans prepared various areas for the feast. It would be a good one hopefully gungans could cook very at least for their own tastes. "Mesa needs to know howen much yousa are prepared to helpen dah gungans?" Gallo asked finally.

There was no answer to Obi-Wan question at first, which he supposed wasn't at all important really. He didn't expect any foul play, and he didn't sense any danger coming his way, which were both good signs in Obi-Wan's book. He didn't however, know what the Gungan had planned at the moment, and though he didn't think it seemed to be anything bad, that wouldn't help Obi-Wan with any kind of planning until he knew something more about the situation. Nothing was said between the two for a moment until they entered some kind of grand hall, Boss Gallo moving upwards to his own seat. Obi-Wan didn't move from his position, folding his arms and tucking them under his sleeves before he was looking around, seeing the Glurg moving away to get Obi-Wan a seat.
He looked back up to Gallo who was leaning over the edge of the platform he was sitting on, looking down at Kenobi in return before he was speaking. He was given the warning before the chair was brought back, Obi-Wan nodding with a grateful smile. "Thank you." He commented, watching the Glrug scurry away while he and the rest of the Gungans continued hard at work with what appeared to be a feast soon coming. Obi-Wan in his time had good relations with both Padme Amidala and the rest of the Gungans, so Naboo food wasn't at all an unknown for him, in fact he quite enjoyed some of it.
Obi-Wan then sat down on the seat, leaning forward with one hand on his knee as he looked upwards to the Gungan on the cushion above, Obi-Wan listening to the warning before the question about What Obi-Wan was prepared to do came to play. "I can provide council, insight... suggestions... and protection... but so long as you are neutral to the Republic, i can not do any of your work for you." Obi-Wan explained before he was clearing his throat a little. "The Naboo people, they are aligned with us, and if you do the same, i can provide more support then that, but as it is i can serve as nothing more then consultant of sorts." Obi-Wan explained, hoping Boss Gallo would understand his position on this.

Gallo listened as Obi-Wan began to speak. He spoke of what he could do but then he mentioned about this Republic again and how he could not do Gallo's work without him aligning with them. Well that's good he did not wish for anyone to do all his work for him anyways. He was the boss of this tribe and soon all of the gungans. All he needed from Obi-Wan was really counseling and protection. As he was still unsure about this Republic. Obi-Wan then went on about how the other people of Naboo were already aligned, figures.
Boss Gallo let out a grunt as he raised both hands in the air quickly shaking his head and just as soon lowered them again. "Mesa noten even know what disen Republic even is," Gallo said letting out another grunt this one more high pitched. "Mesa would not want yousa to doen mesa work anyways," Gallo started nodding to himself, "Disen is mesa tribe, and only a true gungan can uniten all of the gungans."
Past Obi-Wan Gallo could see the food was almost ready and as such another two Glurrgs came over to Obi-Wan and Gallo holding a two very large organic looking plates with a few appetizers of sort on each identical in quantity. There were Strips of clodhopper meant which looked like chicken, 2 full gooberfish (Cooked), 5 Nyorks wrapped in Nave leaves (Steamed and look like clams except weirder.), and finally a few live Yobshrimp held in a small bowl so they could not escape.
"Ohohohoho," Gallo said as he put the plate on his lap. If there was one thing the boss really liked it was food. "Yousa are gonna love dis," He said taking a clodhopper strip and eating it letting out a happy sigh. He then noticed the yobshrimp. "Ohhhh watch dah claws," He said as he masterfully grabs one breaking off the claws as he sucks out the meat from the joints. The glurrgs then left seeing the boss happy with his food. The boss then unwrapped a nyork eating the sweet meat inside the shell, smiling now he was happy and also completely forgot about the republic conversation.

Obi-Wan paused a bit as Boss Gallo spoke up, reminding him that he knew nothing about the Republic and Obi-Wan took into account the fact he knew nothing about the Jedi either. He sighed a bit, stroking his beard in thought before he was looking up to Gallo again, deciding it was a wise idea to explain things now. Before he could mention it though the food was bring brought out for them, a plate being brought for himself as he was looking the different foods over. He recognized only a few things from the things he ate when he visited Naboo from his time, and was quick to eat from those... though he was hesitant about the still living creature.
The small crawfish like creatures were apparently supposed to be eaten as is, and though he questioned the effect they would have on his stomach, he wasn't about to disregard the hospitality he had been given. He watched for a second as Gallo displayed how to eat one expertly, before Obi-Wan was following in suit. It wasn't so terrible as he ate the live meal, but he wasn't going to make a habit of eating the things if he could chose otherwise. It reminded him of a mission with himself and Anakin where Anakin had tried to convince Obi-Wan to eat bugs, worms, and other insects Obi-Wan didn't even want to fathom.
After the meal seemed to be in full swing, Obi-Wan decided to go right back into the negotiation he had been in before hand. "If you like, i would be happy to explain the republic and the Jedi Order to you... it believe it would be wiser for you to understand who you are working with before you agree to anything." Obi-Wan cautioned... he had no intention to betray the man of course.. but he also didn't want to have him blindly accepting help either.

Gallo continued to consume the appetizer taking in all the flavors an all the consistencies. He began picking at one of the Gooberfish as began picking out good chunks of meat to eat. Then he began munching on a clodhopper strip. Gallo didn't talk while eating so he could best enjoy the culinary excellence of the Gungans, or at least to him it was culinary excellence. He went through the rest of the Yobshrimp discarding the shells. As well as getting all the meat from the remaining Nyorks and Gooberfish.
It wasn't long before Gallo's plate was empty and a glurrg came to take it from him. Those little things were always the most trustworthy of creatures. Basically they could be compared to a dog that can actually do work. In fact they do a lot of the more basic work in Gungan society and in return they get food and protection.
Gallo was content now and would wait for the main course which should be done soon hopefully. The boss knew it was going to be good and much of the tribe would also be here for the feast. It would be then he would show them all the human in their midst.
