Overall Appearance:
Silver hair is what covers the top of the head of Jeff Solaris. His eyes are colored a fiery red. Armor is worn by him. The armor consists of four colors. Black is one of the colors, making up a body suit beneath the suit. Gray is also one of the colors making up the main part of the armor. Purple is part of the suit's armor, providing a fiery look. Silver is also on said suit of armor to make it look valuable. His height is 5"5, and he's fairly athletic looking.
The armor also has a helmet he wears that he uses when fighting Force Users.
PERSONALITY
From the moment he was 'conceived' Jeff was conditioned to believe that the Force was cruel. This is one of the reasons he believes both Jedi and Sith are irrevocably evil. For that reason he would not willingly associate with either Jedi or Sith presently. However there are times when such associations cannot be avoided. During those times he's usually on edge. Part of the time he might even be openly HOSTILE to Force Users. Jeff is someone who loves to invent new gadgets in order to make his life easier, or sometimes just for fun. Tinkering is also done by him because it's one activity he can do with his hands that isn't at all boring.
Once he sets his mind to a goal Jeff is very determined to carry it out, no matter the personal cost. Jeff is also an individual who will be loyal to his friends that he meets. Jeff is also someone who hates liars. If you lie about normal stuff, it's fine and forgivable. But if you're his friend, and you lie about being an FU and actually turn out to be one you'll have trouble. His temper is comparable to a proton bomb.

History:
As the war between the Sith and the Jedi grew in potency one senator of the New Republic in the future had enough of the problem. Commissioning a project, he ordered the creation of life forms that could rival both Jedi and Sith at least to some degree in raw power. This led to the creation of bionic technology, a way for anyone to have powers comparable to the Force. To say the Sith were less than happy was the understatement of the Century. A large squad of Sith broke into the facility Jeff was in, and murdered everyone but didn't notice him. For he had hidden inside a locker and as he had no Force Signature, avoided detection.
Over the years, he was moved from facility to facility. As he was moved from facility to facility, his training was increased. In some of them he learned chemistry and robotics. In others he learned battle field medicine, and how to properly handle a vibro blade. Sometimes the Facility had him learn how to use explosive devices, and disarm them as well as arm them, so he could use them properly. At one Facility, he even learned how to pilot a variety of fighters and star ships on his own. Recently his training's been completed, but he and 100 other bionic individuals disappeared arriving back in the time of the old republic. Now they've set out on a mission.
Their mission is simple, really. Clean up the mess the Jedi and the Sith have made of the universe.

Bionic Chip: Removal of the bionic chip could be done, and until it was reinstalled or replaced he would be completely powerless without it.
Glitches: Strong emotions can sometimes cause his bionic abilities to malfunction or as he calls it "Glitch" which sometimes leads to them being triggered by accident.
Human: Despite his many enhancements, he's only human.
Lifespan: Jeff will probably outlive anyone he grew attached to.
Weapons/Equipment:
Phrik Daggers: A set of two Phrik Daggers.
Plasma Pistol: A pistol that shoots a concentrated burst of plasma.
Lightsaber: A lightsaber with a Lambent Focusing Crystal.
Cortosis Swords: An array of Cortosis blades of varying shapes and sizes.
Star Ship: A customized star ship.
Suit: A suit of powered armor that's heavily weaponized, and capable of flight.

Bionic Chip: The source of his abilities, the bionic chip is implanted in the base of his neck. This provides him and several dozen others with the abilities listed below.
Conventional (All bionic people have them) abilities:
Enhanced Strength: His strength is far from that of a normal human. In fact, the exact limits of said raw power are completely a mystery to Jeff.
Enhanced Speed: Useful when navigating areas, this speed allows him to dodge blaster bolts or even light-sabers. It's also capable of allowing him to vibrate his molecules, allowing him to 'phase' through solid objects.
Enhanced Durability: Durability that makes it very hard to destroy them. It's still possible, but it would take a lot to end someone who was bionic.
Force Field Projection: Force Fields that can either be an arm shield or a dome over the body capable of repelling most attacks. For some reason these are useless against Force Lightning, but research is being done to improve this ability against electrical and other attacks that can damage it. This could also be used as a method of containing a Force User or even a dangerous chemical. It's an ability all the bionic people have.
Molecularkinesis: Think Telekinesis, but scientific.

Molecular Manipulation: This ability allows him to manipulate molecular structures, allowing alteration of materials on a deep level thus changing them int other materials. It's quite useful for him. Strangely enough, it doesn't work on organics, at all.
Holographic Masquing: This allows him to look, and sound like other people.
Enhanced Movement: His bionics enhance his strength and speed several times the level of the normal people who are bionic, because he's their boss.
Scan Vision: Similar to X-Ray Vision, he can scan a person for weapons, see if they're lying...that sort of thing.
Holo Net Database Connection: His bionic chip is linked to the holo net's various databases, allowing him to research a variety of subjects near instantly.
Plasma Katana Synthesis: A katana of plasma, similar to a light-saber can be made in each of his hands...at will. It's an ability Jeff rarely uses.
Override App: This allows him to override the 100 soldiers, making their movements and attacks perfectly synchronized. It's a very useful ability. It also allows them to use his signature powers, as well.
