Location: The Planet Hoth, Unnamed Ortolan Base
'Power levels at 10%' A small screen said from the cockpit of a long elegant ship. Very recently it had been pulled through what the pilot thought was just a space rift. How little she knew that it was actually time that was distorted leading her thousands of years into the past. She had been flying from place to place unsure of what had happened to her. She had lost contact with her master. She was alone. She was Sev'Rance Tann.
Sev'Rance snarled as she saw the message pop up on her screen. She had been flying from place to place trying to find out what had happened to her. There was no CIS, there was a Republic and though it was similar there was something different about it. "Show the nearest planets near me," Tann told her ship as it popped up a small picture of a completely white planet. "Hoth, interesting I did not think I had flown that far. Check for signals on the surface," She said as she began piloting her ship towards the white dome in space.
As the ship got closer to the atmosphere a set of coordinates popped up. There was a small settlement nearby. Now normally Sev'Rance would not have stopped on Hoth because of her lack of winter gear, but as it was she was low on power and most settlements on Hoth were small and isolated generally. In truth this would also be her first trip to directly to Hoth's surface. Sure she had been around its orbit many times and had learned a great deal about the planet but she had never set foot on the planet as there was no need to.
As Tann's ship got closer to this settlement a voice began to speak over the ships radio frequency in a language the sith was surprised to hear. It was Ortolan. She thought to herself, interesting I didn't know that species had interest in Hoth. The voice over the radio spoke in the Ortolan language saying, "Who is this? You are approaching the Ortolan colonization base state your business."
"This is Sev'Rance Tann I will be landing at your base shortly I request refueling," Tann said as the ship finally found it's way over the base slowly descending until it was docked. Sev'Rance got all her gear ready as she left the ships cockpit only to be greeted by a group of the blue elephant aliens. "I request refueling and any repairs that are required," Tann said as she started to feel the cold air in full of the planet causing her to wrap her arms around herself. "As well I request more suitable gear."
The Ortolan's looked amongst each other before replying, "We assume you will pay for all for this." Tann grinned, "Will 5000 credits suffice?" The Ortolan's nodded as some began going over to Sev'Rance's ship to begin the process of refueling it as a few others began leading Tann towards the interior of the base. Her arms were still wrapped around herself from the cold. No wonder she never set foot on this planet all it had was cold and snow.
Once inside the base Sev'Rance got herself equipped with some more winter worthy gear for the time she would wait for her ship to be better.
