She never looks exactly the same twice.
Sabine Wren naturally has black hair, but she is always adding different colors to it, usually orange highlights or trimming. She always keeps her hair short though in order to prevent from it tangling or getting too hot under her helmet. She is in great physical shape for someone of her age as well, being athletic as a requirement for what she does against the empire.
Being an artist, she views the world as her canvas. Including herself. She paints on herself frequently, usually on her arms or legs but never does anything permanent (she changes her mind far too often to commit to any one design.) Her armor has been heavily customized as well, far beyond what it normal for Mandalorians. She paints each plate individually, and is known to change the patterns constantly.
PERSONALITY
If one word could be used to describe Sabine, it would very easily be "Expressive." She loves expressing herself, and it leaks out beyond what things she controls as well. The Entire ship has seen bits and pieces of her artwork popping up here and there, and even Chopper had to suffer her artistic mind once or twice. If she owns an item, you can be sure she's marked it with some design of some kind, though what specifically depends on her current muse. In fact you can tell when she painted something by what patterns she was using (Checkered, animals, blocky and thick, etc)
Besides being expressive in her art though, she is expressive in word and deed as well, though her favorite way to express herself still remains being in her art. Besides this she isn't fond of having secrets kept from her, this being mostly due to the Empire and how it had kept secrets from her during her brief time in the Imperial academy. Since then she hasn't been fond of secrets, including those of her crew members, though she had grown to be begrudgingly tolerant of them.
BACKGROUND

History:
Sabine was born on Mandalore and lived there for quite some time until she eventually went to work with the Empire at the Imperial Academy. It was here that she saw how bad they really were, which drove her from fully joining them and eventually running away. It was sometime after that that they ruined her family much like they did to Tarkin Town, which was pretty much the last straw on the Bantha's back. From that point on she went to work against the Empire, though for a long time she was only a one man (woman) act, using hit and fade attacks against the Empire. She wasn't all that effective on her own of course, but she was memorable with her signature Art Attacks.
When she was around 16 years old she finally joined the small band of Rebels lead by Kanan and Hera. Kanan had spotted her, and took her in, needing her skills for a distraction. Sabine was more then happy to oblige, and hit the site that was required of her, using one of her Art attacks on a airbase located on Lothal. She left a bomb and avoided the Storm Troopers before it provided a colorful explosion, giving Kanan time for his supply drop.
From there she continued to work with the small team for two more years, slowly but surely beginning to make a difference on the planet of Lothal.
Kanan wanted to steal a shipments of E-11 Blasters from the Empire for an employer, a task that she and Zeb both helped in. What they didn't plan for was a new member of the team by the name of Ezra Bridger. He caused some problems and held them up, almost jeopardizing one of the crates, but in the end they caught up with him thanks to Hera and her piloting of the Ghost, and avoided a Tie fighter attack, leaving the planet long enough to scramble the ship's signature an return the shipment to Tarken Town. The Blasters went to their employer by Kanan and Hera, but Sabine, Ezra, and Zeb took food and medical supplies to the locals, hoping to help them in any way they could.
No sooner then Ezra had seen Sabine's face while escaping the tie fighters he had begun to try and charm her, but it really didn't work on her in any way... Sabine being just a bit too old for him in her opinion.
After this they had been told about a shipment of Wookies that were heading to Kessle, and helped to intercept them, though found out it was a decoy. The plan went smoothly in the long run though, and they dealt a nice blow to the Star Destroyer, but Zeb lost Ezra in the process. Despite the better judgement of some of the crew, Sabine included, they went back for him and rescued him, though he had already gotten himself out of the cell before they arrived, which quickened the escape. Not before Sabine got yet another chance to deal some more damage to the ship though.
After a couple of other smaller jobs, and meeting with R2-D2 and C-3PO on one occasion, they received information that a Jedi Master by the Name of Luminara Unduli was alive but in one of the Empire's top prisons, they planned to free her as she could be a valuable asset for their budding Rebellion, but before they arrived something strange happened...
They were stuck in some kind of wormhole or something... arriving in the time we know today.
