"A senator? How is that even possible? Doesn't he have to be elected into office through a vote? And wouldn't people think that it's odd that he has absolutely no background information considering the fact that he is from thousands of years in the future?" asked Anakin trying to make sense of this whole situation. It made no sense for a constituency to vote for someone that had no history to look into unless it was some how fabricated. Even then, someone would eventually discover that the fake history would be a house of cards after interviewing people he would supposedly know. And his gut kept telling him that something was very wrong about this and that he might stumble onto something that he might not like to even see. When his love told him that she could take him to his brother, he picked up the small hint of excitement in her voice which was very understandable. After all, any other brother would be happy to reunite with a brother that has been dead for over ten years.
"I'd like to go with you to meet him. I'd imagine that he'd love to see his favorite little brother after being dead for so long" said Anakin before Tahiri suggested that the connection was probably now gone after being dead for so many years for Jacen. "I guess that makes sense. I mean the only way you can really end a Force bond is when one of the people die" said Anakin finding her reason to be sound in logic.

“It happen all so fast I’m not even sure.” Tahiri answered in truth, it had happen really fast but now people were demanding Jacen to take his place. “He met with a few people and soon people were demanding him to take part in the Senate, I guess they saw something great in him and decided to give him the chance. You don’t doubt that your brother could do the job do you? After all your family comes from a long line of diplomatic people” Jacen had clearly learned what his mother had taught him about being diplomatic and used it in this sense. There really had been no need to use the force on anyone, it really did seem that the people he was working on behalf of really wanted almost anyone; since their last Senator was a real jerk.
“I know he would love to see you, how soon could you be ready?” Tahiri was ready to get off the Jedi planet and head home, it wasn’t that she wasn’t fully uncomfortable here, but she was. She had turned her back on the promises she had made in these great halls long ago, and being here reminded her of the path she had taken all in the name of love. There was also the fact that she couldn’t wait to see Jacen’s face when Anakin walked in.

"I don't doubt he could do the job, I just skeptical with how fast he became a senator. I mean something shady usually happens in that kind of situation. Who is he representing and what do you mean by a long line of senators?" asked Anakin wanting to know who his brother is representing. In regards to his family, Anakin knew absolutely nothing about his biological grandmother on his mother's side of the family since only his mother knew of her. And even that memory was very brief since she only got one good look at her as a new born baby. After telling Anakin that his brother would love to see him and naturally asked him how long it would take for him to get ready. "I would go with you now, but as an padawan I can only go out with my Jedi mentor, a higher ranked Jedi, or with permission from the Jedi Council" explained Anakin as he tried to think of way to overcome the limits placed on him without getting in trouble.
"Maybe we should go to the Jedi Council and explain to them that I'm going out to see my brother or just have Jacen come here?" suggested Anakin having absolutely no idea that Jacen was keeping his Force sensitivity a secret.

Tahiri had to remember that Anakin hadn’t lived as long as she did, that he hadn’t found out information concerning his grandparents. “Didn’t you know, your grandmother was Queen of Nauboo when she was 14 years old then became a Senator, and your mother has always been diplomatic.” Tahiri stated with a slight smile, still happy to see him though. “He’s joining the group of Senators from Coruscant.” This iwas of course true though Jacen wouldn’t stay for very long as just another small Senator, there were plans already in the work for him to prove himself of great value and rise above everyone else.
Of course Anakin was still a padawan, he never got his training done before he died. So he couldn’t just drop everything and travel with her, there was rules after all. It was easy to forget them since it had been so long since she was a padawan and it had been a while since she had been required to live the laws of the Jedi. “He wouldn’t be able to travel here, besides I wanted to surprise him by bring you there. I can’t wait to see the look on his face, I’m sure if we talk to them that you are going to see your brother they will understand considering to Jacen you are dead.” Of course if they had to take a master a long then they would have to, it would be something to deal with later.

"Really? How did you find out about this? What's her name?" asked Anakin looking rather interested in who his biological grandmother actually was. Since she was a queen, Anakin imagined his grandfather saving her as a Jedi Knight like one of those damsels in distress you'd hear about in an adventure story. But considering how his mother was, he imagined his grandmother being able to hold her own and even save his grandfather a few times. Tahrir would then explain to Anakin that Jacen is joining a group of senators on Coruscant and that he wouldn't be able to come here. She also told him that she wanted to surprise him and see the look on his face before mentioning that the council would be understanding and let Anakin see his brother since he thought that Anakin was dead. And that's when it hit Anakin that the Council would in no way allow Anakin to see his brother considering the council's views on family attachment.
"I just realized something... the Jedi in this era are against family attachments and even love. There's no way that they will let me go out and see my brother" said Anakin was a hint of disappointment in his voice. He would then remain silent for a couple of moments as he tried to come up with a way to see his brother again without getting in trouble with the Jedi Council and he concluded that there was no way to do this. "Screw it, let's just leave to Coruscant now and I'll accept the consequences when I get back" said Anakin figuring that it was better to ask for forgiveness than ask for permission in this situation. Sure he would get in trouble with the Council and even his own master, but the teen figured that the trouble was worth it in order to see his brother again and to see him happy now that there was a chance to prevent Anakin's death from ever happening.

“I spend some time buried in the archives for a while.” Tahairi answered, it was true when she had been unable to decide where to go she had thrown herself into reading and she had found where Ankin skywalker had been married. There of course was no accounts of Padmen Skywalker giving birth to Luke or Leih; that had to be hidden of course but there was a marriage license that was very well hidden that the two had in fact married. “Padme, her name was Padme Amidala” There wasn’t to much more she knew about the woman that would become the mother of a great generation that would save the galaxy; of course she could have looked for it but Tahiri hadn’t really bothered.
There seemed to be something always in the way with bringing Anakin to Jacen, and for a moment Tahiri wondered if she was just going to have to convince him to throw the rules out this one time and come anyway when he had decided to accept whatever punishment would come by leaving to see Jacen. This caused Tahiri to smile as once again she couldn’t wait to see Jacen’s face. “Do you want to go now or do you need to pack a few things?” Of course they would have whatever he needed or would be able to get whatever he needed, but Tahiri thought it best to give him the chance to get whatever he might want to bring along.

"Padme Amidala, huh? Interesting, I'll be sure to look her up in the archives myself if we ever manage to go back to our own time periods. And of course after I destroy the voxyn queen and the cloning facility" said Anakin with a confident smile having absolutely no idea that he he would die in that mission. Still, it would be interesting to to learn more about his grandmother and from the sound of things, she was probably more like his mother than her father. After all, they were both the youngest politicians amongst their peers when they first got involved in politics. Anakin watched as the girl he loved smiled after he told her that he would break the rules and accept the consequences for seeing his brother. In his personal opinion, the Jedi of this era had it completely wrong about love and family bonds, especially when they were responsible for saving the galaxy from the man who wiped out the Jedi and brought over 20 years of darkness to the galaxy. A part of him even wondered if they knew what it was to be human.
"Lets go right now before anybody takes notice of me leaving. The last thing I want is to run into my master while packing and I don't know how she'll react to me leaving like this" said Anakin preferring not to give any indication that he was leaving. After all, he wanted to get in trouble for leaving, not attempting to leave and he had everything he needed on him, clothes and his lightsaber.

Tahiri froze when he mention the voxyn queen, that was when her life had changed forever. He must had come from that moment of time then. For a moment as Anakin mused over the idea of finding out more about his great grandmother Tahiri forced herself to calm down and remember that they had the chance to change the future now. That he didn’t have to die, that with Jacen help Anakin would live and in the end the two of them could be together. She didn’t know of the rules of the jedi in this time, and so the idea of love and family being a bad idea was strange. In their time they were welcome to love, to have families; how else were they going to make more jedi without having children. Something that Tahiri had wanted, though she couldn’t see Anakin as part of that picture anymore; not like when she was younger.
“My ship is right over there, lets go then.” She smiled and led the way to the small Senate space craft that she had used for this quick trip. It wasn’t anything special and wouldn’t hold that many people, it was pretty much for quick trips like this one and nothing else. Why would she need anything bigger she wasn’t a pilot like Jacen, in fact he did most of the flying when the two of them travel together. As they approached the little ramp lowered for them and would rise once Tahiri was setting in the pilot sit. She was excited beyond words. She had come to this planet to talk about a union between the jedi and Jacen and was bring back home the man she had one loved.

Anakin took notice of Tahiri freezing up the second he mentioned the voxyn queen which told him that he was going to die soon if he were to go back to his own timeline. He wasn't going to ask how he died since she had already told him that it was too difficult to tell him and a part of him dreaded to ask such a question. After all, he was going to die at the incredible young age of 16 and a half and hopes of being the next Luke Skywalker would die with him which would negatively affect the moral of his fellow Jedi in one of the galaxy's darkest hours. To make things worse, he has yet to experience some of the basic things, like making love to a woman or getting drunk for the first time when he finally comes of legal age. Anakin would then smile back when his love smiled and told him to follow her to the ship before following her. Once he was in view of the ship, he noticed that it was only small enough to carry a few people and that it was the kind of ship to make quick trips.
As the two approached the ship, the ramp lowered and they walked into the ship with Tahiri taking a seat in the pilot's chair and Anakin taking a seat in the passenger's chair that was to her left side. The seat itself was made of leather and was actually quite comfortable to sit back and relax in which was to be expected in a ship that took passengers instead a military craft that was meant to take out enemy fighters. He looked over to the blond haired woman and could tell that she was very excited which was expected when one saw their long lost love who had been dead for over a decade and he was excited too since he was now going to run into people he actually knew in his time instead of people he has read about in the history books.
